10 Million open roles in the US and only 6 million unemployed workers, 375 Million people are estimated to need upskilling in the next 2 years, 60 million workers are looking for their next job right now. The OECD predicts that 1.1 Billion jobs will be transformed by Technology in the next 10 years alone. 77% percent of businesses globally are finding it difficult to find skilled talent. Traditional methods won’t solve the current crisis.
Comparison between the state of AI and human. Role of quality data in inference. Importance of governance. A brief overview of the current state of Large Multimodal models.
This talk will provide career guidance for the people during the AI crisis. It will help people to enlarge their scope and activate their inner resources which they did not use. It is a talk about personal development, change, motivation and concrete steps to progress now. After this TedX talk the person will want to start implementing the knowledge immediately to be successful even during AI crisis.
Speaker will explain her journey as someone who moved abroad and away from my family at 16. She tarted working at 16 and paying bills by 17. Kayleigh will explain how she made it possible to move to Europe with no financial support from anyone and let others know that hard work and dedication allows you to follow your dreams.
